Who can take part
- You have hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in your blood, at or above a specific threshold
- You are 18 or older and can understand the study and sign consent
- You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by biopsy or fluid sample within the last year
- Your liver cancer is stage B (not eligible for local procedures) or stage C
- Your liver is working fairly well (Child-Pugh class A or B) and your activity level is 0 or 1
- You have taken hepatitis B antiviral medicine (entecavir, tenofovir, or TAF) before starting the study drugs
