Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 40 or older.
  • Your menstrual cycles are irregular (more than 7 days difference between cycles, or cycles longer than 60 days with rising FSH levels).
  • You have not used hormone replacement, acupuncture, or herbal treatments for at least 3 months before joining.
  • You do not have any reproductive system disorders like endometriosis, fibroids, infections, or a history of reproductive cancer.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 30.
  • You do not have severe male factor infertility or certain endocrine or autoimmune conditions.
