Who can take part

  • You are under 40 and have missed periods or irregular cycles for at least 4 months
  • Your blood test shows high FSH levels (>25 IU/L) on two tests taken more than 4 weeks apart
  • Your genetic test (karyotype) is normal (46,XX)
  • You stopped other related treatments (like hormone therapy, acupuncture, or herbal supplements) for at least 3 months
  • Your AMH is not higher than 8 pmol/L
  • You do not have certain reproductive problems (like endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids/adhesions, or ovarian access issues)
