Who can take part
- Your child is 6 to 16 years old (11 months allowed) when they agree to join
- Your child has a confirmed diagnosis of plaque psoriasis, with moderate severity on a doctor’s scale (score 3 or 4)
- The psoriasis spots eligible for treatment cover at least 10% of body surface area (excluding the face, scalp, armpits, and skin folds)
- Your child can avoid long sun/UV exposure (natural or tanning beds) on the treatment area for the whole study
- Blood test shows healthy adrenal function (a cortisol test after cosyntropin) with a result above 18 micrograms/dL
- No recent interfering treatments: not in another drug-device trial, and no certain psoriasis creams or steroid-containing creams within the timing rules
