Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older with plaque psoriasis on your skin (itchy/scaly “plaques”) bigger than 5 square centimeters
- Your psoriasis has been classified as mild to moderate, or moderate to severe, and has been that way for at least 1 year
- Your psoriasis is mostly plaque psoriasis (not other types like pustular or guttate), and hasn’t flared badly in the last 12 weeks
- You can attend study visits and follow study instructions, including avoiding certain sun exposure on the plaque areas
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to effective birth control during the study and for at least 3 months after the last dose
- You don’t have major uncontrolled medical problems (like serious heart/lung disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent stroke, or active infections)
