Shingles prevention vaccine study for kids with kidney transplants

Herpes Zoster

Part of Infections clinical trials.

This study tests whether an investigational shingles (herpes zoster) vaccine is safe and helps prevent shingles in children who have had a kidney transplant. Because these children take medicines to prevent rejection, the study specifically looks at vaccine effects in this higher-risk group.
