Who can take part
- You are between 24 and 28 weeks pregnant
- You had a body mass index (BMI) under 27.5 before pregnancy
- Your pregnancy is a singleton (not twins or more)
- Your hemoglobin (Hb) blood test is above 8.0
- In the next 14 days, you can either skip iron supplements or take the specified multivitamin with 30 mg iron
- You have not had an iron infusion in the last 6 months
