Who can take part
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 18.5 or higher
- You are at least 12 weeks pregnant
- You have no serious pregnancy complications like heavy bleeding, diabetes, or extreme morning sickness
- You are not taking steroids, anti-inflammatory drugs, or medications that affect how your gut absorbs nutrients
