Who can take part
- You must have a CT scan showing brain calcium deposits
- Your CT scan results must have a calcification score above a normal (physiologic) threshold
- You may join if you are a relative of someone with brain calcification
- Or you can join as an unrelated healthy control without brain calcification
- You (and if needed your parent/guardian) must be willing and able to consent and follow the study visits
