Who can take part

  • You have localized (locoregional) esophageal cancer, or localized (locoregional) cancer at the gastroesophageal junction
  • You can provide informed consent (you are willing and able to join)
  • Your heart rhythm measurement (QTc) is not over 450 milliseconds
  • You do not have a history of symptomatic congestive heart failure
  • Your liver blood tests are no more than 3 times the upper limit of normal (LFTs ≤ 3×ULN)
