- You are planning to receive a BIOTRONIK implantable heart monitor
- You can understand the study and sign a written consent form
- You are willing and able to use the CardioMessenger app/device and home monitoring system
- You are not pregnant and not breast-feeding
- You are age 18 or older
- You are not in another interventional research study (except certain BIO|STREAM.ICM sub-studies)
