Who can take part
- You have mild Parkinson’s disease (stage 1–3 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale)
- You can do daily activities fairly well (FAC score 2 or lower)
- Your symptom severity score is low (Ranking scale score 3 or lower)
- Your Parkinson’s medicine plan has been stable for at least 1 month
- You are not currently showing depression on a 5-question test (Geriatric Depression Scale)
- You can attend visits and return for follow-up, and you can give written consent
