Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 70 years old when you consent
  • You can (or your legal representative can) give written informed consent
  • Your heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) shows tricuspid valve leakage that qualifies for the study
  • Your leakage is not mild (you likely need moderate or worse, as decided by the study checks)
  • You have not had prior tricuspid valve leaflet surgery or any implanted tricuspid valve device
  • You do not have certain major heart or medical conditions that limit survival or make surgery unsafe
