Exercise program for older adults with controlled high blood pressure
Treatments studied
Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.
This trial compares two types of water-based exercise—short, intense bursts versus a steady, moderate pace—in older adults with high blood pressure that is already being controlled. It may help determine which exercise style lowers blood pressure and is easier or safer to stick with.
