Who can take part
- You are an adult between 18 and 70 years old
- You had surgery that completely removed the tumor, confirmed by a post-op brain MRI
- Your tumor is an atypical meningioma (WHO grade II) based on 2016 WHO criteria
- Your tumor does not involve the venous sinus (no venous sinus invasion)
- You have never had radiation before
- You can do follow-up MRI with contrast and you can sign informed consent
