Who can take part
- You have cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides) stage IB, IIA, or IIB at enrollment, and it has never reached stage IIIA or higher
- Your lymphoma has not responded to at least one prior whole-body (systemic) treatment, or it came back after treatment
- You are at least 18 and can do daily activities pretty well (performance status 0 to 1)
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be high enough (for example, low white blood cells/platelets, liver or kidney problems may exclude you)
- You must not have had mogamulizumab or any other anti-CCR4 treatment before, and you must not have had total skin electron beam therapy (TSEB) before
- You must not have had other lymphoma medicines within 4 weeks, and you must not have had certain radiotherapy close to enrollment
