Who can take part
- Your breast cancer has been confirmed by imaging, and tumor tests show it is negative for estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 (triple-negative).
- Your cancer has spread to at least one underarm (axillary) lymph node.
- You are a female age 18 to 70.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can follow the treatment plan and give written consent.
- You do not have spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis).
- You do not have certain safety issues like paclitaxel allergy, serious heart/lung/liver/kidney problems, or active infection based on blood tests.
