Who can take part
- Women aged 18 to 65 with triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by biopsy.
- Cancer has not spread to other parts of the body and is either stage T3-4 (larger tumors) or has spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- You are eligible for surgery to remove the tumor, and you have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in generally good health with normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function.
- If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for at least 4 months after the last dose, and have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
