Who can take part
- You finished TB treatment and your week-16 test showed TB was controlled (sputum culture negative)
- You completed the full 24-week standard TB medicines (4RHZE/2RH) and were officially labeled “cured”
- You are 18–65 years old and weigh 50–90 kg
- If you have HIV: you take HIV medicine for at least 12 weeks, have a suppressed viral load, and your CD4 count is above 350
- Your blood tests are safe enough (liver enzymes, kidney tests, blood counts, and muscle enzyme level meet limits)
- You can return for follow-up, allow sample storage (including DNA), and will use reliable pregnancy prevention
