Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 75 years
- Confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) on tissue/cell testing
- BCLC stage B or C, and your performance status is ECOG 0–2
- Liver function is Child-Pugh A or B, and you’re not a candidate for surgery or liver transplant
- You’ve never had systemic (whole-body) cancer therapy, and you have at least one measurable tumor on CT or MRI
- You must not have had certain procedures recently (no ablation, TACE, or radiotherapy within 3 months) and major health issues must be controlled (heart, lungs, bleeding, infections)
