Who can take part
- You have confirmed colorectal cancer (colon or rectum cancer) with cancer spread to the liver, confirmed by pathology or cell testing
- Your liver tumors are not fully removable by surgery, and there is no spread outside the liver on CT/MRI scans
- You are an adult (18+) and are well enough for study treatment (performance status 0 to 1)
- Your disease is under control on chemotherapy (it has been stable or has shrunk) for at least 2 months
- You have 3 to 9 liver lesions total, and the ones treated with radiofrequency ablation must be 4 cm or smaller
- Your blood tests and organ function (liver, kidney, blood counts, clotting) are within allowed limits, and you can avoid certain medicines for a required time before starting
