Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.

- You have not had any previous systemic therapy (cancer treatment that travels through the bloodstream).
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B7) and you are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
