- You are 18 years or older
- Your stroke was confirmed by symptoms and/or a scan, and it started within the last 72 hours
- You can provide written informed consent (or your approved process for consent applies)
- This study is for people in observation/natural history studies with no new treatment being assigned
- You must not have had certain stroke procedures or be headed to intensive care
