Who can take part
- Your abdominal muscle separation measures at least 3 cm
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or lower
- You do not smoke
- You have abdominal looseness/instability and pain in your abdomen and/or lower back even after at least 6 months of physical therapy or structured exercise
- You are not currently using medicines that weaken your immune system
