Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 45 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
- You are 6 to 12 months after giving birth.
- You have a gap in your belly muscles that is larger than 2.2 cm above the belly button.
- You have not had any past abdominal surgeries or a C-section.
- You do not have chronic pain.
