Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and have CLL or SLL confirmed by lab testing (bone marrow/biopsy).
- Your CLL/SLL must have gotten worse recently, and you need treatment based on standard criteria.
- You must have had at least one prior CLL/SLL treatment that no longer worked (with some special cases for certain study combinations).
- Be able to do study activities: ECOG performance status 0 to 2.
- Have enough blood, kidney, and liver health based on lab tests (for example, platelets and neutrophils at minimum levels).
