Who can take part
- Your diagnosis is a relapsed or hard-to-treat blood cancer such as AML (or certain related types like MDS, BPDCN, or CMML).
- You are not able to use standard chemotherapy because of age or other health problems.
- Your activity level is fairly good (ECOG 0–2; may allow ECOG up to 3 for some people ages 60–74).
- You can take an oral medicine (pills) and are willing to use contraception during treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose if relevant.
- You have enough kidney and liver function and are expected to live at least 3 months.
