- You are coming to Harefield Hospital through their urgent heart procedure pathway (Primary PCI program).
- Your diagnosis is one of these: heart attack (with ECG changes), heart attack without those ECG changes, unstable angina, Takotsubo syndrome, spontaneous coronary artery tear, or acute myocarditis.
- Doctors plan to do a heart-vessel imaging test called coronary angiography.
- You (or your legally recognized representative/consultee) must be able to go through the consent process for the study.
- If you do not want to participate, you can choose to opt out by not giving full informed consent.
