Who can take part
- You have a confirmed retroperitoneal soft-tissue sarcoma that can be removed by surgery, or only slightly too close to be removed safely
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your overall health is good enough (Karnofsky score 70 or higher)
- You can complete study paperwork and give written consent
- There are no distant spread signs (no stage IV with metastases to far organs)
