- You have a confirmed (biopsy-proven) primary soft tissue sarcoma in the retroperitoneum
- You have measurable tumors that can be tracked on scans
- Your expected survival is more than 2 years, in the view of your care team
- You have not had prior radiation therapy for retroperitoneal sarcoma
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have not had chemotherapy in the last 4 weeks and are not taking other study medicines
