Immunotherapy plus radiation for metastatic non-prostate genitourinary cancers

Who can take part
- You have confirmed metastatic cancer in the urinary/reproductive system area other than prostate cancer (based on tumor tissue or cells).
- Your scans (CT/MRI) within 21 days show new or growing metastatic spots, and you have a measurable tumor you can track.
- If you are assigned to the radiation arms, you must have at least one tumor spot that can be safely targeted with SBRT (up to 4 spots), and you must also have at least one measurable spot that will not be radiated.
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue for PD-L1 testing (either from existing samples or a new biopsy).
- You must be at least 18, well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2), and have adequate blood counts and organ function based on lab tests.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use strong birth control during treatment and for a set time after (timing depends on whether you can become pregnant or father a child).
