This trial tests whether giving focused radiation (SBRT) to a few remaining metastatic spots can stop bladder cancer from progressing after initial chemotherapy or immunotherapy has worked. It may help patients who still have up to three remaining distant lesions but are not getting worse.

Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- Your overall health is good enough (ECOG score 0 to 2)
- Your bladder cancer is confirmed as urothelial (transitional cell) cancer
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes and/or distant sites, and imaging confirms this
- After 4 to 6 cycles of first treatment, scans show no disease progression, and you have 3 or fewer remaining distant metastatic spots
