PDS01ADC clinical trials
We’re tracking 5 recruiting studies that include PDS01ADC, each written for real people, not researchers, below.
Recruiting studies
- NCT04633252RecruitingPhase 1/Phase 2
Study drug plus docetaxel and abiraterone for advanced prostate cancer
This trial tests a new targeted cancer drug (PDS01ADC) combined with standard treatments docetaxel and abiraterone for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and whether it can control cancer better than current approaches.
Bethesda, MarylandAges 18–110 - NCT05361798RecruitingPhase 2
Testing immune response after prostate radiation with or without a drug
This study checks how your immune system’s cancer-fighting cells change after stereotactic body radiation (SBRT) to the prostate. It compares SBRT alone versus SBRT plus an immunotherapy drug (PDS01ADC) in men with intermediate- or high-risk localized prostate cancer treated with hormone therapy (ADT).
Bethesda, MarylandAges 18 years+ - NCT06096870RecruitingPhase 2
Enzalutamide with a new drug for prostate cancer that is active on PET scan
This trial tests a combination of enzalutamide (a hormone blocker) and an investigational antibody-drug (PDS01ADC) in men whose prostate cancer has come back after initial treatment, but has not yet spread extensively. It does not involve standard hormone therapy that lowers testosterone.
Bethesda, MarylandAges 18–120 - NCT04303117RecruitingPhase 1/Phase 2
Test drug PDS01ADC alone and with immunotherapy for Kaposi sarcoma
This Phase 1/2 study tests PDS01ADC, a targeted cancer drug, for advanced Kaposi sarcoma (KS). It also studies how well the drug works when added to the immunotherapy M7824, especially if KS has not responded to prior treatments.
Bethesda, MarylandAges 18–99 - NCT05286814RecruitingPhase 2
Pump-delivered therapy plus chemo for liver-metastatic cancers
This phase 2 study tests a liver-targeted medicine delivered through a special implanted pump, combined with standard chemo, for cancers that spread mainly to the liver. It may help control tumor growth in the liver and improve outcomes compared with standard treatment alone.
Bethesda, MarylandAges 18–120

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials studying PDS01ADC?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 5 recruiting studies that include PDS01ADC, drawn from the U.S. registry and rewritten for real people so you can see what each is testing and who it's for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a PDS01ADC trial?
- Each study lists its own eligibility criteria — rules about condition, age, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in plain language and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Is PDS01ADC an approved treatment?
- A drug being studied in a trial may be investigational (still being tested) or already approved and being studied for a new use. Each study page explains what phase it's in. Clin2 does not provide medical advice — talk with your doctor about whether PDS01ADC or a specific trial is right for you.
