  • You (and your partner) plan to try for a pregnancy within 12 months
  • Your body weight is in the overweight range (BMI 25 or higher)
  • You can use a smartphone
  • You can read and understand French or English well enough to join the program
  • You do not have medical reasons you cannot become pregnant or safely exercise
  • You are not already in another intensive lifestyle program
