Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and are 33 weeks or less
  • You are expecting only one baby (not twins or more)
  • Your pre-pregnancy BMI was 25 or higher (based on your height and weight before pregnancy)
  • You can understand and sign consent, and you speak English or Spanish
  • You can complete screening/baseline questions and be willing to do things like home weight checks
