Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid cancer diagnosis (found on biopsy/scan test called histology or cytology).
  • At least one tumor spot can be safely reached with a core needle biopsy, and you agree to that procedure.
  • Your cancer must have progressed after an anti–PD-1 or anti–PD-L1 immunotherapy dose (or be hard to respond from the start).
  • You’re at least 18 years old and can do usual daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1).
  • You can give written consent, and nothing serious prevents safe blood draws or study procedures.
