Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to at least one prior treatment, or there is no standard first-line therapy for your cancer type.
  • Your tumor has shown resistance, no response, or low response to prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy (for example, liver cancer).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and one tumor that can be injected directly (at least 1 cm wide).
  • You are willing to have a new tumor biopsy during the study.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges, and your heart function is normal.
