Who can take part

  • You have MDS that is “very low,” “low,” or “intermediate” risk by IPSS-R
  • You are not on cancer-fighting treatment, or you receive only supportive care
  • Supportive care can include erythropoietin (a medicine to help with anemia)
  • You do NOT have the specific diagnosis “MDS with isolated del(5q)”
  • You are not taking disease-modifying therapies such as hypomethylating agents
