- You are a woman age 65 or older
- You had breast-conserving surgery (not mastectomy)
- Your breast cancer is early stage (T1–T2) and lymph nodes were negative
- Your tumor type is Luminal A, and the surgery margins are clear (no cancer at the edges)
- You will receive whole-breast radiation only (no node radiation)
- No spread to distant organs (no metastases), and you can return for follow-up in the study area
