Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have had surgery for breast cancer (either lumpectomy or mastectomy) with clear margins.
- Your cancer has spread to at least one lymph node (pN1 or higher).
- You need radiation therapy to the whole breast and nearby lymph nodes.
- You must be able to travel to the study center for follow-up visits.
- You must have French national health insurance and give written consent.
