Who can take part
- Your baby was born at full term (38–42 weeks) OR before 37 weeks
- If born early, your baby must fit a specific early-lung condition or higher-risk pregnancy situation
- At least one parent can speak German or French well enough to join the study
- You will need to sign written consent for your baby to take part
- You can be a smoking household (for both parents), and allergies may be present
