Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign consent
- Your lung cancer is a confirmed diagnosis of stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that doctors think can be surgically removed
- Your scans show measurable cancer on standard measurement rules (RECIST 1.1)
- Your overall health is good enough for surgery (ECOG 0–1) and your breathing tests allow lobectomy or pneumonectomy
- Your tumor tests are negative for EGFR mutation and ALK gene change
- You do not have active autoimmune disease and you have not recently used strong immune-suppressing medicines
