Who can take part
- You have T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma with enough blood/bone-marrow cancer cells
- In the last 14 days, blood or bone marrow tests show at least 5% blast cells (cancer blasts); cancer only outside the marrow is not enough
- Age 18 or older must have relapsed or not responded after standard induction chemotherapy; younger patients must have relapse/refractory after 2+ chemotherapy rounds
- No spread to the brain/spinal fluid in the last 28 days (special spinal fluid test must be negative for advanced CNS disease)
- You must meet key safety tests for organs (kidneys, liver, blood clotting) and be well enough to take treatment
