Who can take part
- You must be between 1 and 39 years old.
- Your leukemia must have come back at least twice (or once if it was less than 24 months from diagnosis, or you are over 18).
- A sample of your bone marrow or blood must show that at least 20% of leukemia cells have the CD22 protein on their surface.
- You must have recovered from side effects of past treatments, with enough time passed since chemotherapy, radiation, or certain cell therapies.
- If you had a stem cell transplant, it must have been at least 90 days ago, with no active graft-versus-host disease and no immune-suppressing drugs for at least 28 days.
- Your kidney and liver function must be adequate, and you must not have a history of a serious liver condition called SOS or certain genetic syndromes.
