Who can take part
- You have resectable stage II, IIIA, or selected IIIB NSCLC that was just diagnosed and confirmed by pathology
- Your cancer team believes you can likely have a complete (R0) surgery cure
- You have not had any prior anti-cancer treatment for lung cancer
- You must have measurable cancer on scans (meets RECIST v1.1 measurement rules)
- Your general health is good (ECOG 0 or 1) and your organs (heart, liver, kidneys, blood) function adequately
- You can provide enough tumor tissue for PD-L1 testing, and you use reliable birth control (or cannot get pregnant)
