- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have Crohn’s disease with a new bowel narrowing made mainly of scar tissue, confirmed by scans/endoscopy
- The narrowing can be reached by colonoscopy (endoscopy)
- Your symptoms suggest partial or full bowel blockage (subocclusion/occlusion)
- The narrowing is under 10 cm long and there are 2 or fewer narrow areas
- You have not been pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can sign informed consent
