Who can take part
- You have confirmed stomach or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (not squamous or undifferentiated).
- Your cancer is metastatic or locally advanced and cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer has progressed after first-line chemotherapy that included platinum and either a fluoropyrimidine or a taxane.
- You can provide a tumor sample for PD-L1 testing, and your HER2 status is known (and if HER2-positive you must have had trastuzumab before).
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and you expect to live more than 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts and organ functions (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) are adequate.
