Who can take part
- You have advanced MDS or relapsed/refractory AML that has come back or did not respond to standard treatment (or you cannot tolerate it).
- You must be age 18 or older, and able to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2).
- Your recent bone marrow test must show the ST2 receptor on the cancer cells (the test staining can be low or high).
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests must meet study safety limits, and your white blood cell count must be below a set threshold at the start.
- You must be able to have a bone marrow exam and have reliable vein access for blood draws.
- If you could become pregnant (or if you have a partner who could), you must agree to strict birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
