Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have advanced (relapsed or refractory) blood cancer: AML or mantle cell lymphoma with specific prior treatment history
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 2)
- Your kidneys and liver work well based on lab tests (creatinine clearance ≥ 50, and specific limits for AST/ALT/bilirubin)
- Your heart pumping strength is preserved (ejection fraction at least 50%) and your heart rhythm/QTc is not too abnormal
- You can have trial consent and required screening steps (including a COVID negative test and pregnancy testing if applicable)
