  • You are being seen in a clinic for long-lasting low back or buttock pain
  • Your pain may or may not move (radiate) into your legs
  • You have NOT had surgery for this specific problem (sacroiliac joint dysfunction)
  • You do NOT have an inflammatory condition that could explain the back pain
  • You do NOT have active cancer
